Jamie Pitman

After completing the last few years as a Lead Phase Coach in a professional academy and The FA as a 5-11 year old specialist coach, Jamie has gained vast amounts of experience and qualifications in coaching and developing children and adults through sport over a number of years.

Jamie has a Management Diploma, UEFA ‘A’ Licence qualification and has completed the FA Advanced Youth Award, Modules 1, 2 and 3 whilst working on the England Foundation Phase DNA research group to support the development of coaches and players. Through his development Jamie has also been able to gain qualifications in delivering Physical Education in schools to support the National Curriculum.

Jim McGettrick

Having played football at a non league level and progressing onto working for The FA for ten years in various roles. Jim is a licensed FA level 3 coach and a licensed FA affiliate tutor.

Whilst working at the FA Jim has built many links with the local sporting community. Jim is extremely knowledgeable in curriculum physical education delivery having been part of a national education group within The FA, and is keen to bring this knowledge and expertise to PACES. Jim is experienced in developing schemes of work with National Governing Bodies that stand up to OFSTED standards.

Tom Bullock

In Tom’s 7-year journey of coaching, he has gained a 2:1 BSC Sports coaching degree from UWE, worked at the University in a mentorship programme for younger students offering support in theory and practical parts of their degree. He has also worked out in America for 6 months coaching within an an academy.

Now with PACES Tom enjoys the freshness of coaching in the academy to multi-skills within schools. Being able to give a mass variety of children the chance to improve/develop & learn from sport is huge, especially for those who may not get those chances outside of school.

Sophie Featherstone

Sophie has a first class degree in PE and sport as well holding Level 2 qualifications in Gymnastics and Multi-Sports. Currently working towards her level 4 dance teaching qualifications.

Her experience lies in teaching dance in school and community settings as well as gymnastics in a rhythmic and preschool club.

What she most enjoys about her job and coaching for PACES is how she gets to deliver in many different settings. She loves teaching new groups as it keeps her coaching fresh and she gets to share her passion for dance with students.

Cory Rudd

Cory is a Level 2 qualified football coach who has recently Joined PACES. Cory has a passion for developing footballers and is keen to learn new skills and sports to help children develop their physical skills.

Cory enjoys working for PACES due to the support and guidance he receives from the other PACES staff and the focus of professional development.

Tom M
Tom Mason

Tom has held various roles within Football, recently working for the Football Association as a 5-11 year old specialist coach and completing an apprenticeship with the Herefordshire FA.

Tom has completed a number of industry qualifications with the FA and looks forward to completing his L3 UEFA B and Mentor having completed the FA Youth Awards whilst also being qualified to deliver Dodgeball and Multi Skills.

He enjoys working for PACES because it allows him to work with many different people and support them in reaching their full potential through sport.

Luke Norman

Luke has worked in Primary Schools for 10 Years in various sport coaching roles. He has worked for the Football Association Skills Specialist Coach for 5-11’s and is currently a Foundation Phase Coach for Cheltenham Youth Academy Centre of Excellence.

Luke has a UEFA B Licence & FA Module 3 in football and has gained knowledge in a variety of sports by working in a higher education in schools for a year.

Luke enjoys working at PACES as he gets the opportunity in making children enjoy and develop not just in sport but as people!
